The penis extender will not be worn and will not be used during physical activities,

sport activities or during sexual intercourse.

The penis stretcher  will never be worn after having consumed alcoholic drinks, drugs which cause euphoric states or tranquilizers which reduce neuromotor ability.

The penis extender will NOT be used in EXCESS for hours and hours, the method “more = better” does not apply in its case; it has to be used according to these clear instructions.

 If it is used more than specified in these instructions and without pauses, numbness of the penis, decrease of temperature at the level of the glans because of blood circulation reduction can occur, case in which the mechanism will be let loose and removed immediately. 

The silicone strap (no. 7 in image B) for binding the glans (head) of the penis on the support on top does NOT have to be fastened in EXCESS, so that blood circulation remain as free as possible. It has to be fastened as much as necessary so that the penis won’t slip out from the force of traction.

 Force of traction is smoothly adjusted from the 2 screws, 2 and 3 (image A) during the first month of using, at a MODERATE level.  

Penis extender : ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

 The extender is made up of a base plastic ring (1) equipped with a circular space through which the penis is introduced. Two metallic screws are attached to the ring as a manual traction support; one operated with the left hand (2), and the other for the right hand (3). These screws are SIMULTANEOUSLY actuated, towards the inside or outside, function of what you want as effect: stretching or relaxation.  

Inside each tube there is a spring, from each bar (4). At the end, the two bars can be extended, if desired, with extension screws and in the end these are introduced in a plastic support equipped with two slots (6) through which the two extremities of the silicone strap/or of the hose with protection sponge are introduced.

 Components 1, 2, 3 and 4 are pre-assembled upon delivery and will not be disassembled. Short or long extension bars (function of the size of the penis) can be assembled. The remaining extension bars will be used as the penis lengthens. The concave support with slots (5) is mounted by inserting the bars’ ends (4) in the holes from the support.

ADJUSTING INSTRUCTIONS for the force of traction:  (See image C)    

After having put the penis in the device, the force of traction can be adjusted

by rotating the two screws (1) towards the inside/outside.

 The force of traction can be established from 500 to 1800 g. Each measure line on the screws   (2) represents a force of traction of 500 g. A force of traction of 500-1000 g will be used in the first 4-6 weeks, period during which the extender will not be used more than 1- 2 hours a day, in rounds of 30 minutes with pause between them.  

After this initial period, the force of traction can be extended from 1000 to 1800 g and daily use can reach 3-4 hours divided in rounds of 30 minutes.

Why isn’t it indicated to use the extender for consecutive hours and hours? Because blood circulation in the glans area is slowed down by the silicone strap which fastens it to the support. Thus, it is necessary to use it during short intervals, of 30 minutes, with pauses between them. 

Please observe these instructions.

USE AND DISASSEMBLY: 

The extender can keep the penis in any direction, except for lateral movements.

So as to remove the extender: it is removed from the penis through the simple loosening of the silicone strap (pull the “ears” of the strap) and then it is simply removed.
